I am still here at the RCAS. I heard talk that a rescue group might get me out of this place. The shelter director took me out and drew some blood to find out if I have heartworms. I sure hope I don’t have those.
I am a rescue dog with special medical needs that was fortunate enough to be saved by The Animal Rescue and Foster Program. Like all ARFP dogs, I live in a home with my foster parents and their personal dogs as well as a couple of other foster dogs. My Foster Mommy does a lot of the rescue work for ARFP so she sees a lot of sad things, but she helps as many dogs like me as she and ARFP can. I am planning on telling my story as well as the story of other dogs that are looking for their forever homes. To see the fortunate foster animals click on the ARFP website or Petfinder links below or come see us in person at the ARFP adoption fairs in Greensboro, NC!
